Skyline Queenstown Luge

The Skyline Luge Lift project was successfully completed on 20 July 2018 despite several weather challenges presented to the team.

The new 4-seater Doppelmayr lift is now carrying thousands of happy lugers a day up the hill to enjoy their luge cart ride back down.

The project works included:

•    The new 4-seater chair lift

•    Control building and upgraded power supply

•    Expanded learner’s area

•    Elevated concrete platform at the bottom station

•    New access tracks, footpaths, and retaining walls.
