Project Manager for the planning, design and construction management of a campground and accommodation project constructed within the principles of the Living Building Challenge including the net-zero energy petal. The project comprises:
- Camping and campervan facilities
- Central amenities block
- Common building including kitchen, lounge and classroom area
- Feature covered outdoor fireplace gathering area
- Seven bunk cabins with own bathroom facilities
- Four bunk houses
- 250kW of solar generation
- Innovative ground source, solar water and thermal storage teaching systems
- State of the art controls and energy monitoring systems.
The project will be the first net zero energy camp ground and is designed to showcase a sustainability built environment and provide educational and technology demonstration opportunities.
