-project management support to the owner for the fast track design and construction of a winery expansion with an underground barrel cellar (NZ$800,000).

-business development, project procurement, team building advice and the preparation of contract documents for a US$15million pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

-design and construction management for the refurbishment of an existing pharmaceutical plant in China (US$1.2m).
   
New Zealand Milk Products Guangzhou Plant*, China
-conceptual design, project development and procurement assistance for the design and construction of a milk products processing plant on a green-field site in China (US$12m).
   
San Miguel East China Brewery*, Nanjing, China
-project manager responsible for the management of a multi-consultant/multi-disciplinary team undertaking the schematic design development and preparation of the Front End Study report for a new brewery on a green-field 320,000m2 site in eastern China. Involved in early site selection visits, site layout planning and provision of advice to the Client on project development procedures and negotiations (US$100m).
   
Mead Johnson Blending and Canning Facility*, Guangzhou, China
-project manager responsible for the management of the multi-disciplinary design and construction management team for a 13,000m2 infant formula plant on a 60,000m2 green-field site (US$20m).
   
CarnaudMetalbox China One Plant, Guangzhou*, China
-project manager responsible for the management of the design and construction management team for this 23,000m2 three-piece-can facility. Construction was fast-tracked using a construction management approach on a 10 month programme with phased completion to enable initial trial production to start 7 months after the commencement of piling (US$13m).

-project team member for the feasibility and concept design stages of a the largest single flight kitchen in the world capable of producing 70,000 meals per day.
