The Hills Homesite Development, Arrowtown, New Zealand

- project manager for the feasibility and tendering phase of the infrastructure for 17 home sites to be created on the Hills golf course at Arrowtown. (Project currently on hold)

   

Jacks Point Village Infrastructure, Queenstown, New Zealand

- project manager for the construction of main roads and bulk infrastructure for the village at Jacks Point.

Jacks Point, Lake Tewa Weir & Cart Bridge, Queenstown, New Zealand

- project management of the construction for the weir and cart bridge at the outlet of Lake Tewa, which forms the centre-piece for the proposed Jacks Point Village Development.

Jacks Point, Queenstown, NZ
– project management of a golf resort development including an 18 hole golf course and infrastructure construction to create and service 650 residential lots and a village development. (NZ$55 million).
 

Second Manapouri Tailrace Tunnel, Fiordland, NZ
- quality assurance review and implementation of new management systems for an award winning 10km long 10m diameter TBM bored hydro-electric tunnel project (NZ$250million).

 
AFSC Aviation Fuel Facility, Hong Kong
- project review of design and construction on behalf of the Lenders to this US$250 million facility including offloading jetty, subsea pipeline, 120,000 m3 tank farm and apron hydrant system. Subsequent contract review and tendering advice to the successful team bidding for the design and construction of a second phase storage and pipeline.
 
Nhava Sheva Container Terminal, Mumbai, India
- project review including design, construction and management of a 650,000 TEU/annum container terminal on behalf of the lenders. (US$150million).
 
Queenstown Airport Runway Re-surfacing, New Zealand
- project review and advice to the Board on a NZ$3 million fast-track re-surfacing of the airport's runway whilst maintaining full operational capability.
 
Guangzhou-Shenzen Superhighway*, China
- involved in the site monitoring of progress, quality and payments on behalf of the lending banks for a 120km long tolled highway in China (US$800m).

 

Eastern Harbour Crossing, Lam Tin Interchange* Hong Kong
- responsible for the project management of three building services contracts on the Lam Tin Transport Interchange and an associated 350m long 8 lane road tunnel on the approaches to the Eastern Harbour crossing.

Co-ordinated the work of an in-house design team, managed the procurement of equipment both locally and internationally and led the negotiation of installation sub-contract packages. In charge of site supervision team and involved extensively in day-to-day management of sub-contractors and co-ordination with civil contractor.
